Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.

14-Day Return Window You have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any issues. Requests made after this 14-day period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If the outer packaging or the product itself arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • Non-Delivery: If you have not received your item within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us to initiate an investigation.

Important Note on Hygiene Due to the artisanal and personal care nature of our soaps, we strictly do not accept returns for any item that has been unsealed, opened, or used. Once the original packaging seal is broken, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Request To report a damaged item or a non-delivery, please contact us at dewgrant1319@outlook.com within the 14-day window. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened Items: Any soap removed from its original sealed packaging is strictly non-returnable.

  • Perishable or Custom Items: Customized orders, gift cards, and sale items are final and cannot be returned.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Please note that even under this provision, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
